Trinity Logistics was founded in 1979 with one location and only three employees. Today, the 3PL company has more than 275 team members in five regional service-center locations across the United States and an additional 90 agent offices. Trinity is ranked in the Top 20 providers of its kind by Transport Topics magazine, and a Top 100 3PL by Food Logistics Magazine. - What is one thing your company does really well and/or what is one thing that you’re hoping to improve in the future?
Trinity Logistics got its start in the arrangement of truckload shipping and has since branched out into less-than-truckload (LTL), intermodal (rail), international, technology, expedited & specialty, and warehousing arrangement. We are continuing to grow in all of these areas to be a full solutions provider to our customers.
- What do you love most about the warehouse logistics industry?
Pairing customers with warehouses can involve anything from securing seasonal warehousing to overflow storage; from planning an entire distribution network to finding emergency storage in unforeseen circumstances. We love the opportunity to help businesses with any one of those types of storage situations, and finding warehouse providers who would like to leverage the customer base and experience of a third-party logistics company.
- What are you looking forward to from joining IWLA or what is something that you want to take advantage of in your first year?
We are looking forward to networking and expanding our list of warehouse providers so we can help provide the best warehouse solutions to our new and existing customers.
