Real estate professional will help lease existing properties and source new development opportunities.

(Irvine, CA ‒ Oct. 24, 2017) The Southern California office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty), the leading U.S. domestic-focused industrial property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), has hired Collin Phillips as Vice President of Leasing. In his position, Collin will be responsible for helping keep Duke Realty’s 8.7 million-square-foot Southern California industrial portfolio leased, as well as source new business and development opportunities for the company.

“We continue to grow our Southern California portfolio and are pleased to expand our team to help with our leasing and development activities,” said Chris Burns, Senior Vice President of Duke Realty’s California operations. “Collin has more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate in this market and will be an asset to our operations.”

Phillips comes to Duke Realty after working in leasing, development and acquisitions in several western states with two other commercial real estate companies. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego. His professional affiliations include memberships in ULI and NAIOP, where he recently graduated from its Southern California Young Professionals Group.
