The South Florida office of Duke Realty (Duke Realty), the leading U.S. domestic-focused industrial property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), announces that it has completely leased Turnpike Crossing 6747, a 166,392-square-foot industrial building it developed on a speculative basis and delivered in November 2017. This is the third fully leased industrial building for Duke Realty in its Turnpike Crossing industrial park, which fronts the east side of Florida’s Turnpike at Jog Road in West Palm Beach.

Turnpike Crossing 6747, which is located at 6747 Belvedere Road, is 100 percent leased to five companies, while Turnpike Crossing 1315 and 1333, the first two buildings Duke Realty developed in the park, are fully leased to six companies.
One of the newest and largest industrial developments in South Florida, Turnpike Crossing encompasses 67.2 acres that can accommodate 882,850 square feet in up to six, modern 32′ clear, Class A warehouses. Located in the west central portion of Palm Beach County, Turnpike Crossing provides direct access to Florida’s Turnpike via Jog Road, while two other roads in the Turnpike Crossing area provide northbound access to the Turnpike and I-95. In addition, Turnpike Crossing is close to South Florida ports and Palm Beach International Airport.
A proposed fourth building in Turnpike Crossing is being considered by Duke Realty. Preliminary development models show a 146,250-square-foot building on a site just east of Turnpike Crossing 6747. Designs call for 32’ clear height, 50′ x 60′ bay spacing, 51 dock doors and two drive-in doors.
