SCHC is the result of a partnership between Schulze Container and Houston Carton, two
Texas based businesses with 30 years of experience providing Packaging, Warehousing,
Distribution, Stone Handling, and Inventory Management solutions.

Our Packaging division is specialized in Custom Corrugated Boxes, Waxed Corrugated
Boxes, Folding Cartons and Beverage Baskets. SCHC Logistics’ division offers a broad
range of third party Logistics services. We store, distribute, repack and fulfill goods in
large insulated warehouses equipped with 24/7 monitoring security surveillance. We are
specialists in handling stone slabs. SCHC facilities are fully licensed by the State of Texas
and registered with the Food and Drug Administration. We are located in a prime
transportation hub in the greater Houston area.

SCHC is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) with an A+ rating since we
joined in 1999. We are members of the International Warehouse & Logistics Association
(IWLA), Central Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce (CFBCA), the Texas Watermelon
Association, and GO TEXAN.

In 2017, SCHC was awarded with the Gold Star Certificate by the Better Business Bureau
(BBB) for being an Accredited Business with outstanding Ranking performance: A+ – the
highest ranking possible – since 1999, when SCHC joined BBB. In 2018, SCHC is
celebrating its 30th anniversary with an Expansion Project that will double our
warehousing space and make us able to provide more businesses with excellent
Packaging, and Third-Party Logistics Solutions.
