Parke Warehouses Names New President/CEO and New Executive Vice President

The board of directors of Parke Warehouses, a third-party logistics and supply chain solutions company, has announced the appointment of Gavin Stoddard as President and Chief Executive Officer and Dave Matalonis as Executive Vice President. The promotions of Stoddard and Matalonis mark the final stage of a planned succession. The announcement also opens an exciting new era as Parke celebrates its 165th year in business and its sixth generation of family ownership and management.

Gavin Stoddard succeeds Bruce Stoddard, who will remain a Vice President and a board director.

Since joining Parke full-time in 2012, Gavin Stoddard has been focused on building a platform for Parke’s future growth. He has led several transformational projects including technology implementations, enhanced reporting capabilities, and the expansion of Parke’s flagship warehouse facility.

Matalonis joined the company in 2015 and brought with him an extensive background in logistics operations including continuous improvement, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing expertise which he has employed to standardize Parke’s operations across the company.

“Gavin and Dave represent a dynamic leadership team for the next era of the company,” says Richard Stoddard, Chairman of the Board at Parke. “We are proud to have leaders with not just tremendous skill and experience, but also a deep passion for Parke, its legacy, and its incredible employees.”
