St. Louis-based TAGG Logistics—the e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution and logistics provider—has acquired LeSaint Logistics, an Illinois-based company specializing in customized, integrated transportation and supply chain solutions. The result creates a nationwide network of 25 fulfillment and warehousing facilities, plus transportation management and other value-added logistics services. Tod Yazdi, CEO of the combined operation, made the announcement.
“TAGG’s direct-to-consumer and omnichannel fulfillment services are a perfect complement to LeSaint’s comprehensive supply chain expertise,” Yazdi said. “Together, we’re ready to deliver new innovation and value across the logistics industry.”
“The timing was right to partner with TAGG,” said Jeff Pennington, CEO of LeSaint Logistics. “TAGG’s focus on omnichannel fulfillment creates a substantial opportunity to accelerate our presence in e-commerce fulfillment and offer new, comprehensive solutions that drive even greater customer value.”
LeSaint Logistics is known for building strong, long-term client relationships that create value from an integrated solution across warehousing and distribution solutions, freight management, reverse logistics and refurbishing.
