The Dallas office of Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE), the largest domestic-only, pure-play logistics property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the United States, announces that Bryan Parker has been named Vice President of Leasing and Christy Means Vasiliou has been named Regional Vice President of Asset Management.

Parker, who previously led Duke Realty’s three-market regional asset management team, is transferring to a Dallas leasing role. “We are extremely pleased with the decisions by both Bryan and Christy to take on new challenges with Duke Realty,” said Jeff Thornton, Senior Vice President of Duke Realty’s operations in Dallas, Houston and St. Louis. “Bryan and Christy are both seasoned real estate professionals who value delivering reliable customer service. I’m confident they will effectively leverage their talents in their new positions and be strong contributors to the success of our portfolio.”
