Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers International’s Mount Laurel office said Tuesday it represented Puratos Corp. in the sale of 8000 National Highway in Pennsauken to Patrick J. Kelly Drums, a provider of sustainable storage products, including drums, totes, hazmat boxes, plastic shredding, and plastic pails, and services such as drum destruction, drum/tote reconditioning and product distribution.

The 29,418-square-foot warehouse facility has highway access and is in close proximity to the bridges to Philadelphia.

This is the third completed sale in Pennsauken in 2020 for this Colliers team, and the third time Colliers has sold this particular property.
